remainder left. At the third stop a sixth of the remaining
left. If 53 passengers kept in the train until the end of
the journey, how many left at the fourth stop. The fifth
stop was the last.

Number of passengers left

consecutively is 17, 12, 22.

left over = 161 - (17+12+22) = 110.

so passengers left at 4 th stop =

110-53=57
