Solution,

Let, a man gets = Rs. 9x

A woman gets = Rs. 8x

A boy gets = Rs. 4x

Total money of the 4 men = 4×9x = Rs. 36x

Total money of the 5 women = 5×8x = Rs. 40x

Total money of the 6 boys = 6×4x = Rs. 24x

According to the data mentioned in the question,

36x+40x+24x = 850

100x = 850

x = 8.5

So,

5 women get = 8.5 × 8 = Rs. 68

1 woman gets = 68/5 = Rs. 13.6
