Number of Moles = Given Number of particles / Avogadro Number
Molar mass of Oxygen Molecule = 32 g
Given mass = 8 g
Number of moles = 8 / 32 = 0.25 moles
Substituting the answer in the first equation we get,
0.25 moles = Given number of particles / Avogadro number
=> 0.25 * Avogadro number = Given number of particles
=> 0.25 * 6.022 * 10²³ = Given number of particles
=> 1.5055 * 10²³ = Given number of particles
Hence number of particles = 1.5055 * 10²³.
