u can use different types of methods but now i decided to use unitary method which will be quite easy and understandable

first they given that

work done by 8men is 12days

then work done by 1 men would be 12/8 = 2/3

and now

work done by them in 6days is 2/3 × 6 = 4

so , 4 parts of the work can be completed by 6men
