No.of.days in which 8 men can do a work = 25 days.

No.of.days in which 1 man can do a work:-

⇒ 25×8 = 200 days

Then,

No.of.days in which 6 men can do a work:

200/6

Also,

No.of.days in which 12 women can do a work = 25days

No.of.days in which 1 woman can do a work:-

⇒ 12×25 = 300 days

Then,

No.of.days in which 11 women can do a work:

300/11 days

Therefore,

No.of.days for 6 men & 11 women to complete the work:-

⇒1÷[1/(200/6) + 1/(300/11)]

⇒ 1/(6/200 + 11/300)

⇒1/[(18 + 22)/600]

⇒ 1/[40/600]

⇒600/40

15 days.

Hence, in 15 days, 6 men and 11 women can complete the work.
