Step-by-step explanation:

let the initial term = a and common difference = d

given,

8th term = a + (8-1)d = a+7d = 32

=> a = 32 - 7d ----(1)

15th term = a + (15-1)d = a + 14d = 102

=> 32 - 7d + 14d = 102 [from(1)]

=> 7d = 102-32 = 70

=> d = 70/7 = 10

=> a = 32-7d = 32 - 7×10 = -38

the sequence is:

-38, -28, -18, -8, 2, 12, 22, 32, 42, .....
