8x {}^{2}  - 22x - 21 \\  =  > 8x {}^{2}  - 28x + 6x - 21 \\  =  > 8x {}^{2}  - x(28 - 6) - 21 \\  =  > 8x {}^{2}  - 28x  + 6x - 21 \\  =  > 4x(2x - 7) + 3(2x - 7) \\  =  > (4x + 3)(2x - 7)

=8x²-22x-21

=8x²-28x+6x-21

factorising them

=4(2x²-7)+3(2x-7)

=4x(2x-7)+3(2x-7)

=(4x+3)(2x+7)
