Prep your meals in advance. It could be 1 day or 3
days in advance depending on the resources
available to you. I cook my own food so I mealprep
for 3-4 days in a row and this helps me a lot on days
when life hits me with a SURPRISE STRESS BALL. I
simply re-heat my mealprep and enjoy it while
watching my favorite tv show or. Even if you eat
1.5 times your normal - you will eat simple
nutrient-dense food.
2 Workout instead of eating. It's normal to want to
"fill yourself up" after a stressful work meeting or
fight with a loved one. But I've learnt that
stress-hunger is actually bottomless because the
hunger response is not from your stomach but your
emotions. Open up a FitGrit Workout Video and
drown in the music & exercises. Simple & works for
me every single time.
