amoeba and Paramecium are single celled organism.

Amoeba takes in food using temporary finger like ( pseudopodia ) of the cell surface which are used over the food particle performing a food vacuole.

Inside the food vacuole, Complex substances are broken down into simpler ones which than diffuse into cytoplasm. the remaining undigested material is moved to the surface of the cell and thrown out.

in paramoecium, a unicellular animal has a definite shape and food is taken in at specific spot by the movement of cilia which cover the entire surface of the cell.
