3-4a-7a^2=0

-7a^2-4a+3=0

Multiplying both side by minus.. we get

7a^2+4a+3

7a^2+7a-3a+3=0

7a(a-1)-3(a-1) =0

(7a-3)(a-1)=0

a=3/7 a=1
