hey mate!

LHS = [-9 +(-7)]+(-14)

= (-9-7)-14

= -16-14

= -30

RHS = (-9)+[(-7)+(-14)]

= -9+(-7-14)

= -9+(-21)

= -9-21

= -30

As LHS = RHS

Hence Verified

Hope this helps you

Question :

  • [(-9) + (-7)] + (-14) = (-9) + [(-7) + (-14)

To find :

  • We have to verify the following integers

Solution :

 \sf[(-9) + (-7)] + (-14) = (-9) + [(-7) + (-14)] \\  \\  \\  :  \implies \sf [(-9-7)] + (-14) = (-9) + [(-7 -14)] \\  \\  \\ :  \implies \sf  (- 16) \:  + ( - 14)  = ( - 9) +  (- 21) \\  \\  \\  :  \implies \sf ( - 16 - 14) = ( - 9 - 21) \\  \\  \\  :  \implies \sf  - 30  \: =  \:  - 30 \\  \\  \\  \therefore \ \ \  { \sf{ \underline{ LHS = RHS}}}

•°• Hence, verified! that both are same
