If the angles (13x + 30) and (5x + 6° are supplementary angles, find the measures !
these angles.
(Hint: 13.x - 30 + 5x + 6 = 180. Solve to get the value of x and hence find the measure of the angles)
If an angle exceeds its complement by 20°, find the angle.
If the supplement of an angle is three times its complement, find the angle.
THint: Let the measure of the required angle be x. Then 180- x=3 (90 -- *)]
The supplement of an angle is one-third of itself. Determine the angle and its supplement

Answer:

(13x+30)+(5x+6)=180°

18x+36=180°

18x=180-36

18x=144

x=144÷18=8

one angle =13x+30=134°

another angle =5x+6=46°

hope it will help you
