Let (a + b) = w
9w^3 - 25w
w(9w^2 - 25)
w[(3w)^2 - 5^2]
Use formula a^2 - b^2 = (a+b)(a-b)
w [(3w + 5)(3w - 5)]
As w = a + b
(a + b) [(3(a + b) + 5)(3(a + b) - 5)]
(a + b) [(3a + 3b + 5)(3a + 3b - 5)]
(a + b)(3a + 3b + 5)(3a + 3b - 5)
