Answer:

v^2 = u^2 + 2as

v^2 = 0^2 + 2 * 0.5 ms-2 * 25m

v^2 = √25m/s

v = 5m/s

the velocity will be 5m/s when it travelled a distance of 25 .

time = v - u /a

= 5m/s - 0m/s / 0.5ms-2

= 5m/s / 0.5ms-2

= 10seconds

hope it helps you

Answer:

velocity=5ms^-1,time=10s

Explanation:

given u=0m/s

a=0.5m/s^2

s=25m

v=?

t=?

v^2-u^2=2as

v^2=2(1/2)(25)

v=5m/s

v=u+at

t=v-u/a

t=5/0.5

t=10s
