Answer:

Draw a line segment RS=7.2cm

⇒ Draw perpendicular bisector of RS

⇒ Take S as center with radius 4.9cm and draw an arc on perpendicular. We get point E

⇒ Take R as center with radius 4cm and draw an arc on perpendicular. We get point I

⇒ Join RE,SE,RI and SI

∴ RISE is required kite.
