Given:- area of rectangle with breadth 20cm is equal to the area of square with side 80cm.

To find:- length of rectangle.

Solution :-

Area of rectangle = area of square

Area of rectangle = side × side

Area of rectangle = 80×80cm²

Area of rectangle = 6400cm².

Now,

Area of rectangle = length × breadth

6400 = length × 20

length = 6400/20

length = 320cm

Hence, the length of rectangle is 320cm.

Answer:

Length= 320 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

Area of Square= Side*side

Area of the square= 80x80

=6400^{2} cm

Area of rectangle= Area of sqaure

Area of rectangle = Length x Breadth

Therefore, the length of rectangle= area of rectangle/ breadth of the

rectangle

= 6400/20\\

L= 320 cm
