Step-by-step explanation:

1096.48 rupees

Length=12 m

Breadth =8m

Height =4m

Area of 4 walls=2(l+b)h

=2(12+8)×4

=2×20×4

=160 m^2

Area of two door=2(2.2×1.6)

=2 (3.52)

=7.04 m^2

Area of two windows=2(2.4×2.2)

=2(5.28)

=10.56 m^2

Total area of doors and windows=7.04+10.56

=17.60 m2

Now,

Area of 4 walls excluding doors and windows= 160-17.60

=142.40 m2

Now cost of white washing=142.40×7.70

=1096.48 rupees
