Let the number be x ,

correct answer=3/2×x

wrong answer=x÷3/2

=2/3×x

3/2x - 10 = 2/3x

3/2x-2/3x = 10

9x - 4x/6 = 10

5x/6 = 10

x = 10 × 6/5 = 12
