Now,

Atq

$\implies\mathbb{10x-x=54}$

$\implies\mathbb{9x=54}$

$\implies\mathbb{x=\dfrac{54}{9}}$

$\implies\mathbb{x=6}$

Therefore,

➡️ Granddaughter's age= 6 years

➡️ Grandfather's age = 10x --> 60 years.

Hence,Their Present ages are 6 and 60 yrs respectively.
