9 All the salts are not neutral towards litmus papers. Explain.​

Answer:

Sugar solution does not changes color on either blur or red litmus paper. As the reaction of acid and base do not form sugar that means sugar is not salt. So, we can say that Sugar is a natural substance which is not a salt.
