Perimeter = 60 cm

Each side is equal

So each side = 60/3 = 20 cm

Area of equilateral triangle = root 3 / 4 a^2

= root 3 / 4 * (20)^2

= root 3 / 4 * 400

= root 3 * 100

= 100root 3

100 \sqrt{3} cm {}^{2}

Also, Area of triangle = 1/2* base * height

100 root 3 = 1/2 * 60 * height

100 root 3 * 2 / 60 = height

100 root 3 /30 = height

10root 3 /3 = h

10 root 3 / root 3 * root 3 = h

height = 10/ root 3
