Once up on a time a greedy dog stole a piece of meat from a butcher shop. Going to a lonely place, he wished to eat the meat with delight. He found a bridge in way. When he was going on the bridge he saw his own reflection in the clean water. He thought it that it was another dog which had meat in its mouth. The dog said itself, "I must have the meat" He became greedy. As soon as he opened his mouth to bark another, the piece of meat fell down from his mouth into the water. It was washed away with the current of the river. He became sad for his foolishness.

Once upon a time there was a do, who by nature was quite greedy. One day he was very hungry. He tried to find food here, there and everywhere, but in vain. Searching for food, he went quite far. By luck he found a big piece of meat near a butcher-house. He was quite excited to get the food. He decided to go near his kennel and eat it with relish. On the way back home, he had to cross a river-bridge. As he was going across the river he saw an unexpected thing. When he was in the middle of the bridge, he looked into the river, he found a dog, exactly like him, looking back at him with a piece of meat as big as his. He thought to snatch this piece of meat from the dog in the river. In order to threaten him, he barked. However, as soon as he barked, his piece of meat fell into the river and the dog in the river also disappeared. The truth was in the river he had seen his own reflection. His greed became the cause of his loss.
Moral: We should not be greedy.
