Answer:
A GOOD TURN DESERVES ANOTHER
Five o'clock in the morning and my alarm clock starts ringing. I immediately get ready and go out for a routine morning walk. The same thing happened yesterday. As I strolled into the Gardenia Park my shoe lace snapped open.
As I bent down to tie my shoelace I noticed a purse lying on the ground near the bench. There was no one in sight. Someone must have dropped it.
I picked it up and opened it to see if there was any contact number. It contained a lot of money and many bank cards. There was a diary also in which was written the name 'Shahneel Sinha' and a postal address.
The address was near my house. So forfeiting my stroll round the park I walked to the address to search for the owner. There I met an elderly lady. When I asked her her name she said she was Shahneel Sinha.
I handed her the purse. She was overjoyed. She hugged me and took me inside. She treated me to a grand breakfast and gave me a packet and an envelope.
She took my address and phone number and again thanked me saying I had saved her a lot of trouble as she had all her cards in the purse.
I came home and opened the packet. It was a beautiful jewellery set. I opened the envelope and found ten thousand rupees in it.
What a reward! No wonder the proverb goes: A good turn deserves another.
