TO FIND :-

⇒ 10th term of AP

SOLUTION :-

\sf{a_1 = 2}

\sf{a_2 = 7}

\sf{a_3 = 12}

 \fbox{\sf {\ Common \: Difference \: [d] = {a_2} - {a_1}}}

d = 7 - 2

\fbox{d = 5}

✿ Common Difference [d] = 5

To find the nth term we use the formula,

 \fbox{\sf {nth \:term = {a_1} + (n - 1)d}}

10th term =  \sf{a + (10 - 1)d}

 = 2 + (10 - 1)5

 = 2 + (9)5

 = 2 + 45

 = 47

∴ The 10th term of AP given is 47.
