9. Find the area of the following trapezium: PQRS
PQ= 12cm
SR=6cm
Height=4cm​

 \frac{1}{2}  \times (sum \: of \: parallel \: sides) \times height \\  \\  \frac{1}{2}  \times (18) \times 4

Therefore ans is 36 cm²

Here, PQ = 12cm , SR = 6cm , Height = 4cm

Therefore,

Area of a trapezium = 1/2 × (PQ + SR) × Height

= 1/2 × (12 + 6) × 4

= 1/2 × 18 × 4

= 36 cm^2 ans.
