your answer is here my friend

length of rectangle = 11/4cm

breadth of rectangle = 3/2 cm

perimeter of rectangle : 2(l+b)

                                       : 2 ( 11/4 + 3/2 )

                                       : 2 ( 17/4 )

                                       : 2 x 17/4

                                       : 17/2

                                       : 8.5cm
