Given:-

  • Surface area of Cube = 150m²

To Find:-

  • The Volume of a cube.

FORMULAE USED:-

  • Surface area of cube = 6a²

  • Volume of cube = (side)³

Now,

→ Surface area of cube = 6a²

→ 150m² = 6a²

→ 150/6 = a²

→ 25 = a²

→ a = 5.

Therefore,

→ Volume of cube = (Side)³

→ Volume of cube = (5)³

→ Volume of cube = 125m³

Hence, The Volume of cube is 125m³.

Formulaes related to Visualizing Solids :-

  • Volume of Cuboid = L × B × H

  • Total Surface area of Cylinder = 2πr(r + h )

  • Lateral Surface area of Cylinder = 2πrh

  • Lateral Surface area of Cone = πrl

  • Total Surface area of cone = πr ( l + r)

  • Volume of cylinder = πr²h

  • Volume of Cone = ⅓πr²h.
