ANSWER

Given :

From the sum of 7x - 2y + 15 and - 6y - 18, subtract 5x - 12.

To Find :

The resultant value

Solution :

Sum of 7x - 2y + 15 and - 6y - 18 :-

➜ (7x - 2y + 15) + (- 6y - 18)(7x−2y+15)+(−6y−18)

➜ 7x - 2y + 15 - 6y - 187x−2y+15−6y−18

➜ 7x - 8y - 37x−8y−3

Now subtract 5x - 12 from 7x - 8y - 3 :-

➜ (7x - 8y - 3) - (5x - 12)(7x−8y−3)−(5x−12)

➜ 7x - 8y - 3 - 5x + 127x−8y−3−5x+12

➜ 2x - 8y + 92x−8y+9

\implies \textbf {Hence, the answer is 2x - 8y + 9.}⟹Hence, the answer is 2x - 8y + 9.
