SOLUTION:-

  • As we know, 1 hundredth means 1/100
  • Similarly, 9 hundredths means 9/100
  • For dividing a number 9 by 100, move each digit in that number two place value columns to the right which will be 0.09.
  • When any single digit is divided by 100 then the first digit of the decimal number will be 0 followed by another 0 and then the given digit.
