Answer:

2x + 3y = 5 ....(1)

3x + 2y = 10.....(2)

Multiply equation 1 by 2 and multiply equation 2 by 3

we get,

4x + 6y = 10...(1.1)

9x + 6y = 30 ....(2.1)

from equation (1.1) and (2.1) we get,

-5x = -20

x =  

x = 4

put the value of x in equation (1.1) we get,

4 × 5 + 6y = 10

20 + 6y = 10

6y = -10

y =  =  

=> x - y

= 5 -  

= 5 +
