let us assume other end coordinates are (x,y)

now mid point of the meter

(x+2/2,y+1/2)=(3/2,-5/2)

now equal x to x and y to y

(x+2/2=3/2)

x=1

(y+1/2=-5/2)

y=-6

therefore the coordinates are (1,-6)
