  \huge{  \mathtt{ \fbox{Solution :)}}}

Given ,

The two sides of right angled triangle are equal and the square of length of longest side is 100 sq units

Let ,

  • The length of two equal sides of right angled triangle be x

We know that , the Pythagoras theorem is given by

 \large \mathtt{ \fbox{ {(h)}^{2}  =  {(b)}^{2}  +  {(p)}^{2} }}

Thus ,

100 = (x)² + (x)²

100 = 2(x)²

(x)² = 50

x = √50

x = 5√2 cm

Hence , the length of two equal sides of right angled triangle is 5√2 unit
