Given :    there are 342 red, 450 blue and 360 white dresses . all the dresses were arranged in equal number of rows,

To Find : What is the maximum number of dresses in each row

Solution:

Red  = 342

Blue = 450

White = 360

Find HCF

360 = 342 * 1  + 18

342 = 18 * 19

18 is the HCF

450 = 18 * 25

Hence 18 is the HCF

Maximum dress in a row  = 18
