Step-by-step explanation:

Just visualize a triangle..

Whose one angle is 90°

Now name sides

A, B, C

D is mid pt of AC

Joint BD

So in triangle BDC,

by Pythagores theorem,

BC^2 = CD^2 + BD^2

BC^2 - BD^2 = CD^2

⭕BC² - BD²= 3AD²

⭕Or, BC² - BD²= 3/4AC² both are correct.
