9 or 10 both question?

9) 3x - 5y = 11

6x -10y = 20

As 3/6 = -5/-10 = 1/2

that means both lines are parallel

therefore it's inconsistent

10)A is point on y axis whose ordinate is 5

so it's x coirdinate becomes 0 and y coordinate 5

So A (0,5)

B (-3,1)

AB = √ (5-1)^2 + (0-(-3))^2)

= √ 4^2 + 3^2

√ 16 +9

√25
