Government institutions are becoming weaker day by day because of lack of incentives done by government. Government never inspect the schools and colleges, so that workers and teachers work according to their wish. They know they have Govn. jobs which is secure and salary will come every month so they never need to doing any innovations in teaching methods.

Government also not taking interest in improving the infrastructure of these institutions. they even not have proper facilities to teach children.
