Given expression = {9}^{ \frac{1}{3} } \times \frac{ {27}^{ \frac{1}{2} } }{ {3}^{ \frac{1}{6} } } \times {3}^{ \frac{ - 2}{3} }
= {3}^{ \frac{2}{3} } \times \frac{ {3}^{ \frac{3}{2} } }{ {3}^{ \frac{1}{6} } } \times \frac{1}{ {3}^{ \frac{2}{3} } }

= {3}^{ \frac{2}{3} + \frac{3}{2} - \frac{1}{6} - \frac{2}{3} }
= {3}^{ \frac{4 + 9 - 1 - 4}{6} }
= {3}^{ \frac{8}{6} }
= {3}^{ \frac{4}{3} }
= {81}^{ \frac{1}{3} }
=3√3
