Changes observed when given quantities taken in a beaker with water.

Explanation:

  • When the first quantity i.e. sugar is taken in a separate beaker with water than it get dissolved in water as it is soluble in water.
  • When the second quantity i.e. salt is taken in a beaker with water than it also get dissolved in water because it is also soluble in water just like sugar.
  • When the third quantity i.e. chalk powder is taken with water in a beaker than it does not dissolved in water as it is not soluble quantity.
  • When the fourth quantity i.e. sand is taken with water in a beaker than it also does not dissolved in water because it is not soluble in water.
  • Now when the last quantity i.e. saw dust is taken in a beaker with water, it also does not dissolved in water because it is also not soluble in water.
