hey mate here is your answer

\sqrt{3 + 2\sqrt{2}

\sqrt{1 + 2\sqrt{2} + 2}

<b>by a^2 + 2ab + b^2</b>

\sqrt{ (1)^2 + 2 \times 1 \times \sqrt{2} + \sqrt{2}^2}

\sqrt{(1 + \sqrt{2})^2}

(1+\sqrt{2})^{2 \times \frac{1}{2}}

this is because every root have power in form of \frac{1}{n} where "n" is that root

so,

1 + \sqrt{2}
