 log(x + 2)  \div ( {x}^{2}  + 4x + 4) \\  =   \frac{ log(x + 2) }{ {(x + 2)}^{2} }  \\  =   log_{ {(x + 2)}^{2} }(x + 2)  \\  =  \frac{1}{2}  log_{(x + 2)}(x + 2)  \\  =  \frac{1}{2}
