a. An object with a constant acceleration but with zero velocity is not possible because according to the definition of acceleration is the rate of change of velocity. If an object is at zero velocity it does mean that is at rest.

b. An object moving with an acceleration with uniform speed because acceleration is rate of change of velocity.Velocity includes both speed and direction so if either(or both) change, this is a change in velocity.

c.Object moving in a certain direction with an acceleration in perpendicular direction is possible. In case of circular motion.
