First step is to collect the tomatoes and clean them.Then we should remove the rotten tomatoes. Then, the tomatoes are smashed with a smasher and only the tomato juice is extracted. Then the juice is boiled and sal,sugar,chilli etc..are added to it. Then we have to mix it and cook it well to make the tomato jelly. Then it is allowed to cool and stored in bottles.Then the procedure is done. It is sent to the market.
