A rectangle has length 50 cm and breadth 45 cm. A square has its side 48 cm. Which has mor

Total distance covered by boy in 5 rounds = 1025 m

Distance covered by him in 1 round = 205m

The boy covers 1 round of the park that means perimeter of the park = 205m

Side of the park = 205/4 = 51.25m

Now area of the park = Side x side

= 51.25 x 51.25 = 2626.5625 sq m

1. according to question :-

perimeter of square in 5 times = 1020

so Perimeter of square in 1 time = 1020/5 = 204

now side of square = 204/4 = 51

so area of square = 51^2 = 2601 m^2

2. area of rectangle = 50*45 = 2250cm^2

and area of square = 48*48 = 2304cm^2

so area of square is greater

and difference = 2304-2250 = 54cm^2
