Let,

a1 is edge of first cube and a2 is edge of second cube .

so,

a1 = 8 cm.

a2 = 4 cm

• Surface area of first cube =

• Surface area of second cube =

A2 = 4 \times  {4}^{2}  = 64 \:  {cm}^{2}

Now The Ratio of their Surface area =
