∴ Perimeter = 3a ( where a = side of equilateral triangle )

∴ 60 = 3 a

∴  a = 20

so the sides of triangle are 20m each

∴ Area = (√3)/4 × a²

∴ A = (√3) P²/36

∴ A ≈ 173.205

      ≈ 173.2 m²
