Equation of line passing through (2,5) and (-3,6) is as follows-

y - 5 = (-1/5)(x - 2)

or, 5y -25 = -x + 2

or, x + 5y = 27

slope of line = -1/5

Slope of line perpendicular to above line = 5

option D is correct...
