first we have to find the area of lawn so would divide 10xsquare+35x+30 by 5 through the method of divisionof a polynomial by a monomial. The answer would be 2xsquare+5x+6.

to find its dimesions we would factorise the area by th method of factorisation of a trinomial of the form xsquare+ax+b.

sides would be [2x+3] and [x+2]m

I hope it helps you.
