■ opposite angles are equal

■ sum of adjacent angles is 180°

●120° = 6y° { ∵ opposite angles of ||gm are equal }

=> y = 20°

● 5x° + 10° + 120° = 180° { ∵ sum of adjacent angles of ||gm is 180° }

=> 5x° + 130° = 180°

=> 5x° = 180° - 130°

=> x = 50°/ 5 = 10°

∴ The value of x and y is 10° and 20°
