Answer:

Let the fraction be = \tt{\frac {x}{y}}\\

First equation:

 \frac{x + 2}{y + 2}  =  \frac{9}{11}  \\  \\  =  > 11x + 22 = 9y + 18 \\  =  > 9y - 11x = 4

=> 9y = 4 + 11x

=> y = (4 + 11x)/9

Second equation:

 \frac{x + 3}{y + 3}  =  \frac{5}{6}  \\  \\  =  > 6x + 18 = 5y + 15 \\  =  > 5y - 6x = 3

=> 5y = 3 + 6x

=> y = (3 + 6x)/5

y = y

=> (4 + 11x)/9 = (3 + 6x)/5

=> 20 + 55x = 27 + 54x

=> x = 7

=> y = (4 + 77)/9 = 9

Fraction :

 \frac{7}{9}  \\
