Zn, Cd ,Hg (group 12 elemwnts which is full of atomic state and oxidation state) are the d-block elements which do not considered as the transition elements because these elements were having fully filled d-orbitals.

The element of unfilled or partially filled d orbital with (n‐1) configuration is known as transition elements.
